This is a project that is focused on a relatively new development south of Stockholm, that is continually growing. Huddinge hospital was built between 1968 - 1977 and was Scandinavians largest building project and the largest healthcare building in Europe. 

In addition since that time this area of Flemingsberg has been joined with Karolinska Universitetssjukhuset and Södertorns högskola.

Photographed during the cold dark winter period, this highlights the use of large windows and a modern concrete construction.

The combination of dark and light created by this modern urban environment and the Swedish winter provides me with scenes that interest me visually.
